• Items must be unused, undamaged, and fit for resale
• Refund requests must be raised within 14 business days from the date of delivery
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Order ID
• Proof of purchase
• Reason for return
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to approval.
